{Well not really. She may give the impression since she's surrounded by pokemon, namely a pair of Zoroark. Her clothes give a different impression. She doesn't have her toy yet, it's being secured by her parent that's near by but out of sight. So these Zoroark here are filling that in for the moment. When she sees you, though, she expresses great excitement!
